Director of Business Continuity and Physical Security

Supervise the upgrades to security cameras across our system while managing both the BC and Physical Security teams. Take the lead in both the Business Continuity and Physical Security teams. Update the BC program from Excel and Word to a Business Continuity Management System. Collaborate with all business units to conduct BIAs and create business continuity plans. Ensure the update of business continuity policies to align with federal regulations. Develop staff to conduct exercises and BIAs. Work closely with the Security team to update equipment, policies, and procedures.

Successfully introduced a business continuity management system to enhance the maturity of the program.

Conducted effective training for a new BC specialist, thereby enabling them to work independently within a span of 2 months.
