Update the BC program from Excel and Word to a Business Continuity Management System. Collaborate with all business units to conduct BIAs and create business continuity plans. Ensure the update of business continuity policies to align with federal regulations. Develop staff to conduct exercises and BIAs. Work closely with the Security team to update equipment, policies, and procedures.

Successfully introduced a business continuity management system to enhance the maturity of the program.
