Use of verniers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges and thread gauges, etc.

Release products to Finished Goods/inventory following acceptable inspection. Data entry and SAP/MES/WM/eRelease transactions related to inspection and release activities. Perform inspection activities on products, in such categories as sterility inspection, incoming inspection and in-process inspection. Complete data forms with the results of inspection activities, including nonconforming material reports, when required.

Ensure completion of nonconforming reports/activities. Interface with plant representatives and external functional groups regarding nonconforming issues.

Perform investigation nonconforming material through review of processing records and SAP. Execute the disposition of material through approved nonconforming reports, complete of scrap forms, or coordinating the return of material to the manufacturing plants.

Ensure that all product and corresponding paperwork meets requirements and specifications.

Handle all product/system issues in all seven release areas.

Data collection and analysis.

Support additional team responsibilities/projects, and perform other duties as required.

Oversaw fulfillment process as pertains to quality, ensuring adherence with all cGMP’s and SOPs.

Managed discrepancies tracked and investigated, or escalated, as required.
