PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mechanic/Operator, RMI Worldwide-Sept. 2014-Jan. 2018 and Jan. 2020-Jan. 2024. Perform major/minor maintenance, PMs, and electrical/ mechanical trouble shooting on the concrete breaking machine and the multi-head hammer. Duties, while in the shop, include: replacing hydraulic pumps, make and install hydraulic hoses, remove and replace broken beams whenever necessary. Perform inspections and maintenance on machines that have come off the road. Manufacture and install minor parts and weld whenever needed. When on the road, duties include: checking fluid levels and grease before starting machine, perform any maintenance required and operate either concrete breaking machines. Lead Mechanic/Supervisor, Global Auiation Services — February 2018-January 2020 Perform PM’s and maintenance on ground support equipment (GSE) for commercial airlines at Tulsa International Airport. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on all equipment. Implement modifications on equipment when directed by the manufacturer. Perform daily service inspections on all engine driven equipment. Comply with all paperwork and ensure the customers receive their copies. Supervise 2 mechanics to ensure they are in compliance with FAA regulations, maintenance procedures, completing their inspection and maintenance paperwork correctly and submitting to the customers in a timely manner. Perform a 10% check on their inspections weekly. Ensure they have all the tools and parts they require. Assist them on electrical/ mechanical troubleshooting and other maintenance tasks when needed. Maintenance Mechanic, Trinity Industries — March 2008- July 2008 Worked 12 hour shifts performing preventative maintenance, scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, major/minor maintenance and corrosion control on welding machines, carbon arc machines, plasma cutter, 25 and 50 ton cranes, plate rollers, sand blasting machine and air compressors. Worked with 440/220 VAC systems. Performed building maintenance when needed. Removed HVAC units for repair and reinstalled after repair. Repair and maintain natural gas heaters and set them in the shop during winter months. Maintenance Mechanic/ Quality Control Inspector/ Welder, Laser Engineering and Fabrication, Tulsa, Oklahoma — February 1997-May 2003 First two years worked as a maintenance mechanic. Duties included repairing and maintaining CO2 lasers, press brakes, welding machines, water chiller systems, forklifts and various building maintenance projects. The next two years, worked as a quality control inspector. Duties included checking all sheets of metal received to insure they meet customers specifications, did first item and 10 percent checks of products being made from all manufacturing sections. Maintained, calibrated and kept records of the company’s and employee’s precision measurement tools. The last two years I worked as a production welder where I used mig, tig, robot, and spot welders. I also ran the HemSaw and Timesaver sanding machine when the production crew was backlogged, as well as provided maintenance on those machines when necessary.
