Nazareth House International Mgmt Support entity is Victoire Management Support, Inc o 18 yrs of active hands on Fiscal Leadership Objective and close management of company financial wellness while mentoring to the high standards to assure development and growth of staff to increase efficiency and staff morale. The key is leading by example. Has exacting personal standards, but as a mature manager conveys the standards but is supportive, accessible and assures that everyone on same page towards the team schedule and goals. Has managed small teams of 3 or 4 up to larger teams of 15 in accounting and finance, and even now rolls up his own sleeves for monthly GL tasks as needed even while tending to investment and strategic issues. o At least 15 years heavy cost projects, budgets, proposals across product lines and countries for multi-national entities while personally based in either Europe or Asia. Feasibility Studies: Due diligence, and complete cost analysis for transition of range of products from EUR to CNY or USD by item, product, including factoring logistic, transports, customs costs when evaluating new product or new market

Languages: Bilingual English/ Italian, some conversational Spanish and Chinese

Industry: Global Manufacturing (Electronics PCB boards), Non profit ranging $30MM, and manufacturing to $50MM + revenue

Software: Highly Tech Savvy! ERP: SAP (16 yrs FICO), QuickBooks Cloud, ADP Run and ADP Work Force Now, MSFT Suite including Excel (Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros and more over 20 years)
