As the lead front end server my roles were to open the store in a timely manner and ensure the set up for a busy day. Setting up tables, making tea, emptying the dish rack to ensure sufficient amounts of utensils for the shift before it starts. Turning on televisions and the radio for customer entertainment. Once the doors are opened and the day has started i welcome the parties in and get them seated and acquainted with the menu while grabbing drinks. Using my custom service and communication skills i help the customers choose the right meal to ensure satisfaction. After meals have been chosen and brought out i would then make sure that everything is correct and allow them to eat while also checking on other tables to maintain a helpful friendly atmosphere. After the day has ended we as a team help clean and decompress the restaurant for another day of thriving business.

Working for State Farm allowed me to demonstrate my skills and interact with many customers a day. I started as a Customer Service Representative. Where i was handling files and contacting customers to ask probing questions to get accurate information on their claimed vehicle.
