Oversaw project controls on three Sabal Trail pipeline construction program spreads (300 of 600 mile total) for Spectra Energy client. Develop and maintain Prime Works Contractor baseline & weekly cash-flow, cost report, perform variance analysis. Review Contractor daily reporting vs Inspection daily reports for discrepancies in construction progress reporting, EP/EW quantities and alert Construction Manager and Chief Inspector of discrepancies. Responsible for submitting verified Works Contractor Weekly reports to Lake Mary (Summary and Detail Cost and Construction progress reports, EVA, P6 Schedule, Invoice Logs, Change Logs, and other deliverables as required). Assist Lake Mary Project Controls (PC) group with EPCM subcontractors cost analysis, progress measurement, and manpower tracking, specific to the Field PC assigned Spread/Site, when required. Develop and Maintain Works Contractor Trend/Change Order (CO) Log for detailing any potential impacts, pending changes, or submitted change request status.
