I have worked twenty plus years in support of successful projects & programs in progressively instrumental roles. From Front End Loading (FEL) through commissioning. Commercial and public programs have included large upstream production/pipeline facilities, airports, civil, and power projects.

Conduct field planning and cost for construction activities on Trans Canada’s Buckeye Express Pipeline project using Tilos, Microsoft (MS) Excel and Epilogue software. Activities include weekly progress reporting and Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for 26 of 78 mile 42” compressed natural gas line. Assisted Construction management team with schedule/cost reporting, contractor Price Gregory (PGI) progress and plan recovery efforts using detailed analysis.

Section 3 Scheduler for Atlantic Coast Pipeline (APC) project using Primavera P6 and MS Excel software. Manage construction planning for BP’s Projects and Modification Program. Project portfolio consists of a rolling portfolio of 170 projects of which 30-40 are in construction at any one time the rest are in FEL engineering. Projects range from $100k to 20m with durations of months to approximately two years. Developed earned value systems and processes for program planning and controlling effort. Oversaw project controls on three Sabal Trail pipeline construction program spreads (300 of 600 mile total) for Spectra Energy client. Develop and maintain Prime Works Contractor baseline & weekly cash-flow, cost report, perform variance analysis. Review Contractor daily reporting vs Inspection daily reports for discrepancies in construction progress reporting, EP/EW quantities and alert Construction Manager and Chief Inspector of discrepancies. Responsible for submitting verified Works Contractor Weekly reports to Lake Mary (Summary and Detail Cost and Construction progress reports, EVA, P6 Schedule, Invoice Logs, Change Logs, and other deliverables as required). Assist Lake Mary Project Controls (PC) group with EPCM subcontractors cost analysis, progress measurement, and manpower tracking, specific to the Field PC assigned Spread/Site, when required. Develop and Maintain Works Contractor Trend/Change Order (CO) Log for detailing any potential impacts, pending changes, or submitted change request status.
