Plateau Inc. Jan 2022 Installing windows 10 on all laptops for Battalion 213 and took a break to take security plus test.

Key bridge/Jacobs. 2021 Working with the Army – Space program – Secret project. Working and testing radios on a day-to-day basis. Also worked with heating buttons for the radios and putting the information on laptops for later information review.

Teleperformance .2019 to 2021. worked in the medic pendent area making sure pendants were working and would reset on calls. Helped customers in all accidents throughout the country. Worked on ubuntu with windows 10. Also spoke with dispatchers throughout the country to help the elderly.

Shelter Technicians for the Army and at times pulled video, and other issues with the shelter for the Border Patrol. Worked with both windows and Linux Red Hat 6.0 platforms, Cisco, Firewalls and VM Ware. I was a shelter technician which in terms was took care of everything. Also flying from base to base to help. testing and configuring the following servers: Apple xserv, Dell Power Edge, Sun System, IBM, Compaq, and HP Blade. Duties include running diagnostic software to resolve server malfunctions, and loading updating firmware. Test 50 servers using VMS. Setup, configure and load software for customers. Testing HP rx2660 Superdome 6600 and 9000 series. Configure Cisco switches and routers. Setup network for testing the systems and all peripherals. Resetting Cisco switches routers and all HP switches. Set up and test fiber disk arrays for proper operation.

Input all test data on the corporate Citrix system. Installation of Windows, Linux, Sun and HPUX operating systems. Setting up HP XP2400 systems and testing for customers.

Upgraded workstations of 150 employees from Windows XP to Windows 7 to enhance system security. Each upgrade was accomplished in two hours per workstation, longer to load encrypted files. Installed loan workstations, when required, for use during upgrade. Verified functioning of application software and network access after upgrade completed. Workstations with expired leases required replacing them with new ones, from windows 2014 loading the company image, and all the employee software. Set up all PST files, network printers, and network drivers. Performed level two technician functions, helping users with workstation or network access problems. Also added and deleted client.

Functioned as system administrator, supporting 23 Rite Aid pharmacies in Southern New Hampshire. Installed, configured and tested PC workstations, servers, firewalls, and LAN/WAN network equipment. Performed upgrades and modifications for the 13 PC’s and 30 nodes in each pharmacy. Made frequent use of diagnostic software and test equipment to minimize downtime when a localized or store-wide problem occurred. Trained pharmacy staffs.
