Educated patients on the possible side effects of the dispensed drugs and actions to take once affected with the drugs. Observed all precautions in dispensing the medicines.

Provided counselling and guidance to patients prior to handling over medicines, especially those living with HVI/AIDS and those drugs which were meant for children.

Highly collaborated with Staff in the pharmacy department by working as the team.

Managed to lead Youth capacity Building workshop, Topics were based on Personal leadership, Ethics and values, entrepreneurial and Innovation mindset career path Development.
