Roofers and Installers will be part of Tesla’s Energy Field Operations team, responsible for completing residential re-roofs, Solarglass roof installations, or solar panel installations. This is an exciting and one-of-a-kind role in scaling to market our newest Solarglass roof or solar panel products, while enabling our mission to accelerate sustainable energy generation. As a secret shopper, my role was to evaluate and report on the quality of customer service at various businesses. Working with different companies, I would visit stores and restaurants anonymously, posing as a regular customer, and evaluate factors such as how well employees interacted with customers, the cleanliness and organization of the store, and the quality of the products or services offered.

As an independent contractor for Amazon Flex, I was responsible for delivering packages to customers using my own vehicle. This role required excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
