Biography

A graduate of Eastern Michigan University in Education, Lillian Jones has worked as a vocational/education trainer, grant writer, facilitator, and education consultant, accumulating over 30 years’ experience in education and business.

Lillian’s educational affiliations included an ongoing ten-year relationship with the Oakland Schools Vehicle Design and Engineering Academy providing advanced students with a Diversity Program experience covering Culture, Communication Styles, and MBTI (Myers Briggs Personal Assessment) Training.

Ms. Jones has developed and delivered numerous interpersonal skill development workshops for state, national and global clients. These workshops include Diversity, Communication & Thinking Styles, Team Building, Sexual Harassment, MBTI, Business Ethics, Anger Management and Business Quality courses.

Lillian Jones Consulting clients include: The Detroit Auto Industry (Ford, GM, Daimler Chrysler), The Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, Novations/J.Howard & Assoc. (Coca Cola Enterprises, Proctor & Gamble, Sprint, and Home Depot), Genesee Intermediate School District, OmniSource, Michigan DHS, TACOM/TARDEC (government research & development) and other small business organizations.

Ms. Jones has been active in the community providing gratuitous grant writing services to the Willow Run Football Program, obtaining funds from the NFL Education Program.
