you have to have patience when driving such big equipment,you have to use your skills as a professional driver,learn how to remove yourself out of certain problems,within the puplic road ways.you as a u.p.s. driver are looked upon differently,so we were trained again,and again,on safety...your last stop is your safest stop...you must be aware of everything around you at all times..looking ahead of you,knowing when to slow down,leave a big following distance,hold your lane at all times,keep your eyes moving so you want go into a stare...also have delt with customer service involving the day to day with the public.did alittle look running a seafood counter,and was being trained as a meat cutter,but later me off..not shy to work..
