Independence Village Senior Living 2022- Dining Room Manager Plymouth, Michigan

As Dining Room Manager my primary responsibility was to facilitate a pleasant three-meal-a-day dining experience for approximately 200 residents via two full service dining rooms, a Bistro café and room service delivery. Special Olympics Michigan 2010-2012 (remote) Area Director Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim and Kalkaska Counties, Michigan Launched into assignment as Special Olympic coach, prior to Area Director recruitment. Consistently demonstrated leadership characterized by innovation, collaboration and program expansion.
