• Worked within a Linux OS to push, pull and execute scripts as well for folder management.

• Worked with Rancher (Kubernetes management tool) to analysis containers running on servers.

• Used Docker commands to push and pull images to a container registry.

Personal Projects

• Surface classification using Machine Learning and AI(October 2023-Present) (Python, Pytorch, NumPy):

For my final year individual project at university I’m investigating and developing machine learning models using a Neural Network, Support Vector Machines and K-Nearest Neighbours algorithm to see how they can classify surfaces based on robotic interactions. These models are implemented in the Pytorch framework and is written in Python with additional tools such as NumPy.

• Project Nintendo (May 2022-Aug 2022) (C programming): Finished a fully functional Nintendo game boy game in C to enhance my C programming skills. Optimized Gameboy memory through use of datatypes and making efficient use of small sprites. I Improved user experience by making the game run at 60 frames per second.

• CPU Simulator (July 2022-Aug 2022) (C++):

Simulated the Fetch-Decode-Execute cycle in C++ to consolidate my understanding on how a CPU works. I used object-oriented techniques to define CPU components and methods.

• Simulation (July 2020- Jan 2021) (JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, SQL): Achieved 78% from building a subatomic particle simulation website a final year project at sixth form. I applied object orientated techniques to develop and simulate subatomic particles and wrote a report on this project.

Soft Skills

• Communication/Flexibility:

I have built effective communication skills through communicating complex ideas and project updates in daily stand-up meetings during my Internship at StoneX; I also adapted to frequent project changes quickly.

• Willingness to learn:

I’ve gained confidence in learning new tools outside my comfort zone in my engineering course this includes: Computer Aided Design(CAD), Laser cutting and 3D printing.

Additional Work experience
