Maintenance Planner, June 2022 to November 2023

Shell Exploration and Production (Allied Reliability) Deepwater Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico. Responsible for the Perdido SPAR offshore asset. Manage asset integrated construction and equipment maintenance plan and preventive maintenance in alignment with asset strategies. Ensure correct cost element is aligned with SAP work orders for appropriate cost management. Worked closely with schedulers, general planners, short term planners and Asset Field Leadership in the planning and management of preventative, regular maintenance, and construction orders. Worked with various colleagues, contractors, and vendors to develop and incorporate specific details, plans, job steps, specifications, material needs and timing into work plans. Rough cut scheduling on an ongoing basis to identify potential and actual issues and challenges and make corrections. Redline required corrections to PM orders and maintenance plans as an ongoing mission for an ironclad maintenance execution system. Developed and managed asset integrated construction and equipment maintenance plan in alignment with asset strategies. Ensured correct cost element is aligned with SAP work orders for appropriate cost management. Continued to work closely with Corridor Planning Team Lead and Asset Field Leadership in the development and management of the asset integrated construction and equipment campaign maintenance plan. Developed and incorporated specific details, plans, job steps, specifications, material needs and timing into the campaign plan. Facilitated Campaign meetings and updates weekly. Always analyzed campaign schedule on an ongoing basis to identify potential and actual issues and challenges to meeting the plan and make recommendations. Worked with Corridor Planning Team Lead to provide required reporting to Steering Team on plan status, amount of work in backlog, completed work, forecasted work, and forecasted completion dates. Both campaigns proved to be considerably more efficient than normal OTR construction, reducing thousands of hours out of the backlog with our team working in uncharted territory regarding maintenance campaigns and this new way of working. Filed all approved exception events and discoveries. Hands on tool time data was collected and analyzed to prove a substantial increase in efficiency. Mechanical Maintenance Outage Planner; June 2018 – March 2019 Georgia-Pacific, Port Hudson Paper Mill – Worked the Paper Machine #3PM and Paper Machine #4PM in Fine Paper. Responsible for generating accurate general to complex job plans with complete task sequences with estimated labor, parts, materials, equipment, and internal and external services, such as, lifting equipment, scaffolding, insulation, abatement, welding, and other specialized services required to execute jobs safely and efficiently. This included daily routine maintenance, routine outages, and annual outages. This was a leadership and supervisor role engaged in safety, leadership, and excellence. Other tasks included building/editing BOMs, building preventive maintenance plans, requisitioning of parts and services, work order processing, complete work order closing, precision maintenance review, special projects, and other department/company tasks.
