Supervised all check- Ins and check-outs for the shift

Studied the arrival and departure pattern for the day and made sure all arrangements were done for the same in regards to room blocking, pick up and drop arrangements if any

Organized all pre-arrival guest requests in regards for their stay

Attended to all guest complaints and issues in my shift and immediately resolved the same appropriately to meet guest satisfaction.

Took proper logbook handover and followed up on the same. Also gave proper handovers to the incoming Duty Manager.

Made sure proper accurate night audit procedures were carried out. Also lay emphasis on all room rates posted, Accounted and made sure all monetary transactions were in compliance.

Supervised the operations of the various sub departments including, telephones, business center, main porch and valets, concierge, reception and cashiers.

Maintained guest profiles and organized stays accordingly.

Maintained room inventory.

Conducted Daily Briefings for team members before the start of the shift and informed them about the shift movements.

Regularly communicated with staff to maintain good relations and reviews.
