Provided construction management consulting and advisory recommendations for the construction of the 63 km – 12.75” pipeline from the Waterdown Station to the Finch Terminal. The construction was along the Hydro One electrical corridor. 27 km in agriculture areas and 36 km in very urban congested areas. 1,550 m / 5,084 ft. of Horizontal Directional Bores; 360 m / 1,180 ft. of Guided Pilot Track Bores; 27,200 m / 89,216 ft. of Horizontal Directional Bores. One HDD was 3,500 m / 11,480 ft. Utility – Foreign Line crossings exceeded 900. Public and municipal notifications, environmental constraints, safety awareness, planning, scheduling, logistics and execution were all very crucial to the execution of the project.

June 7, 2021 – July 17, 2021 Enbridge Gas / Middlesex Expansion Project Construction Coordinator

Provided construction coordination and management for the construction of a 520 MMCF metering and flow control facility and 2.5 miles of 20” pipeline with launcher / receiver facilities. The construction was within the PGE Hydro electrical corridor. 2 Horizontal Directional Drills 6,500 ft., installation of 2 – RTU buildings, filter/separator, and all auxiliary piping, electrical, instrument and control facilities. Limited workspace, multiple HDD pull back strings and working within and under high voltage electrical conductors required were construction execution constraints.
