Conducted a wide range of services relative to the presence of environmental lead. Conducted lead inspections on behalf of the State of Rhode Island and, as an authorized agent of the State of Rhode Island, I inspected residential and commercial buildings and land and issued Lead Free Certificates, Lead Safe Certificates, Lead Conformance Certificates or reports denying such certificates which would contain the reasons for failure, the time allowed to make corrections to the properties and, where appropriate, instructions on how to make said corrections.
