• I managed two Agile Scrum teams, with a total of 30 people, including Android, iOS, Java and C# Software Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Experts, Scrum Masters and DevOps Engineers, which oversee the development and improvement of two of the main applications for Claro Dominicana, one is the mobile app Mi Claro República Dominicana, with more than one million downloads and the other is the eCommerce Tienda Claro, which is the main selling channel for Claro Dominicana with our customers.

• Being the Scrum Master of my teams and previous Android developer, with my technical knowledge mentored my employees on how to resolve any technical issues and always resolved any type of impediments they had as fast as possible, working hand to hand with all support teams.

• Having only one Android developer on my mobile developers team, I was still in charge of developing some functionalities and consume REST APIs for the Android version of the application and performed code reviews to ensure all business requirements were met with the highest quality and efficiency possible.

• Break down business requirements into technical solutions for my teams to understand and implement.

• My teams greatly improved software quality, by implementing best practices like unit testing, automated QA testing, reducing technical debt and using the Scrum methodology, which drastically reduced the number of bugs and resulted in a better user experience.

• My teams were able to enhance production delivery times by implementing pipelines for automated deployments using Azure DevOps or custom batch scripts for WebLogic, which allowed business to be more competitive.

• Manage to enhance team productivity by providing counsel, a technical DSM and other means, delivering more value to the business each sprint, by completing 15% more user stories as a result of better backlog refinement, documentation and improving communication between technical team and product owners.

• IT Specialist of the Year Award finalist in Claro Excellence Awards 2022. Out of 41 nominees, I was selected as one of 9 finalists, recognized as one of the best IT Specialists in the company. • Developed a mobile application using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language, for the Credit Risk department that analyzed customer payment history and profile and determined a credit score to allow street sellers to know which products to offer to our clients.
