Objective:

Motivated and detail-oriented engineering enthusiast seeking a challenging an entry-level position as a Design and Manufacturing Engineer. Eager to apply my strong educational background in mechanical engineering, proficiency in CAD software, and passion for mechanical engineering to contribute effectively to your team's success. Education:

Master of Science in Mechanical and Energy Engineering University of North Texas (January 2022 to December 2023) Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering

CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad, Telangana (June 2017 to July 2021) Skills:

• Design & Analysis Software: SolidWorks, Abaqus, ANSYS Workbench, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Creo, MATLAB

• Technical skills: MS Excel, Design for Manufacturing, GD & T, 3D Printing (SLA and FDM Process), Strength of Materials, Casting, Forging, Welding, Engineering materials, Machine Design, Pump and Fluid Flow Understanding.

• Certifications: Automobile and IC engine design, 2D modeling using AutoCAD, MATLAB Simulink, Ansys Workbench, ACE CNC Machining Training Program, Online “Rapid Prototyping for Product Design”, Online “Project Management Foundations: Quality”, Online “Design for Additive Manufacturing: FDM” Relevant Coursework:

• Engineering design, Material science, Production Technology, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), SOM, Principles of HVAC, Robotics and Automation.

Work Experience:

• Research Assistant - University of North Texas (April 2023 to August 2023)

Manufacturing of glass fiber and carbon fiber of epoxy laminates.

3D Printing of various designs using SLA(Stereolithography) and FDM (Fused Deposition Method).

Material characterization like thermal conductivity test.

Maintain and clean laboratory equipment on a regular basis to keep it in good working condition. Instrument cleaning, machine calibration, and visually examining for signs of wear and tear are among the duties.

• Design Engineer – Polmon Vensfer Pvt. Ltd (January 2021 to December 2021)

The primary responsibility is to create a 3D model of the thermal expansion valve in Single Fluid Heating and Cooling System. Precisely modeled the critical components of a thermal expansion valve, including the valve body, diaphragm, spring, and sensing bulb, using SolidWorks for high-accuracy design. This method ensured exact alignment and integration of each part, resulting in an assembly of exceptional quality and performance.

Post-design, executed testing and evaluation of the thermal expansion valve under varied operational conditions. This included comprehensive assessments in thermal analysis and fluid dynamics to ensure robust performance and reliability.

In the design of Thermal Expansion Valves, I meticulously select the materials for each component, prioritizing key attributes such as thermal conductivity, mechanical strength and compatibility with refrigerants. This approach ensures optimal performance and longevity of TEV’s.

Academic Projects:

• Aircraft Engine Design:

During my academic studies, I developed a 3D design of propeller engine using SolidWorks and conducted computational simulations to analyze airflow, propeller efficiency, and engine performance. Utilized tools like Abaqus software for thermal analysis and mechanical stress analysis.

• Differential gear box design:

Utilized SolidWorks software for drafting an initial design, facilitating each component to assembled each other in the visualization of gear configurations and mechanical dynamics in the differential system.

Post-design, conducted the test in Abaqus simulation software under different load conditions and optimize gear ratios.

• Charpy impact test:

In this test, I designed the components such as hammer, workpiece and two supports using an Abaqus simulation software.

Workpiece is stainless steel material to perform simulations whether the material absorbed the maximum energy.
