Managing CMDs office plans, organize, manage and monitor calendar on daily basis, based on the schedule and priorities. Providing regular update to CMD on various actions, pending points and new assignments discussed etc.

Reminding various HODs/other stakeholder of their tasks days prior to the deadline. Ensuring the tasks or report updates are submitted in time for CMDs review.
