During 2020, I made sure to showcase the business of Carlsbad – highlighting advertisers and non-advertisers – to show that community and helping one another is most important during unprecedented times. Because of my hard work, Carlsbad Magazine gained over eight new pages of Advertisers during the pandemic and the small businesses are all thriving.

Instagram: Began July 9th, 2019, with 7,500 followers. As of June 30th, 2022, we hit 15,785 followers.

(Facebook: 400% increase and Twitter: 200% increase overall growth)

This was done through organic, authentic growth. Which included:

-Showcasing local events on the stories and page

-Reposting tagged images on stories and page

-Following local businesses

-Never being political on posts and being inclusive to all
