• Responsible for the overall business operations of the Rwanda Convention Bureau Support/Corporate Services Department.

• Lead the RCB Support/Corporate Services team and ensure that the department's objectives and targets are met.

• Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to the Support/Corporate Services Department of RCB.

Key Achievements

• Designed the Action Plan template, approved by the management and was used by all the Corporate Service units’ in the first instance to prepare their nine (9) months operational plan;

• Prepared Terms of Reference for different new positions to be advertised, participated in the recruitment process of staff and preparing their service contracts;

• Developed weekly flash report and incoming weekly activities format and was used by all heads of units for weekly planning and reporting;

• Developed proposal on the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence/dossier in the Deputy Director General’s Office in charge of corporate services (DDGCS) to easily make follow-up, monitor and fast track the progress made on the assigned activities to different corporate service unit staff;

• Designed format of the weekly and Monthly Unit meetings report and Timetable under Corporate Services division and was successfully implemented by all Corporate Service units;

• Designed the procurement reporting format to be used by procurement officers in their weekly reporting. The procurement reporting format was also approved and used in their weekly and monthly progress reporting;
