Selling Branch Manager

® Make a minimum of 40 documented new sales activity calls weekly.

Make a minimum of 10 “face to face” appointment level activities including plant tours, sales presentations, etc.),

Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to establish rapport, learn about skills, gaps between jobs salary

history, preferences, minimum pay and length of assignments.

Orient all new employees about CHASE procedures regarding behavior on assignments, completing assignments,

absenteeism, payroll, and workers comp injury procedures,

Complete 1* and 2" day checks on new placements,

Complete a minimum of 2 complete references per entered applicant.

Maintain a mistake-free completion of entire written applications and entry into Tempworks (I-9).

Use a variety of recruiting methods, such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other job boards or local

methods,

Counsel employees when necessary concerning problems with job assignments or their concerns affecting

employment.
