• Create and implement strength and conditioning plans for women’s basketball, as well as warm them up for practice, provide all game day needs including pregame stretching, muscle activation, and dynamic warm up. Also, travel to away games and provide extra recovery sessions and workouts for those who played fewer than 5 minutes per game.

• Create and implement strength and conditioning plans for men’s and women’s tennis and women’s cross country.
