Project Manager

Supervise full lifecycle of large-scale paint, scaffolding, and insulation projects from ideation to completion; manage project planning, financing, scheduling, change orders, and risk mitigation.

●Lead all aspects of procurement for all phases of large-scale projects:

oEstimate labor materials, freight consumables, safety equipment, rental equipment, sizable scaffolding, insulation, and paint projects.

oCompare estimates to identify and select the most ideal vendors / suppliers.

oUtilize COUPA for procuring / receiving materials and issuing purchase orders (POs).

●Rent all equipment required for job sites; update PO numbers for additional rental periods as needed and close out Pos upon job completion or when equipment is no longer necessary.

●Facilitate walk-throughs with clients to identify scaffolding, insulation and paint needs and submitted bid / estimate to the customer.

●Recruit, schedule, and provide leadership to up to 150 team members; facilitate high performance by delivering new hire orientation and job site training.

●Schedule site orientations and drug screening for employees prior to entry on the job site.

●Submit manpower reports to customers.

●Track costs and identify / quote additional costs not covered in original quote; also report cost savings to client.

●Track and report safety statistics and perform onsite safety and quality inspections.

●Meet with clients to maintain relationships and discuss additional work.

●Managed and successfully completed large projects for such clients as Cameron LNG ($1.3M maintenance project), and Chenier LNG ($2M scaffolding and paint project).
