PM/BA in Shark Ninja’s Project Management Office. Assigned primarily to a variety of D2C Ecommerce Projects around the implementation of Intershop’s ecommerce platform in multiple countries. These efforts included integrations of third-party solution providers, security and privacy improvements, SEO (search engine optimization) improvements, web services and data feeds.

Led multiple Agile teams working on parallel tracks within the larger project. Led Quality Assurance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
