IT Digital Transformation Team: This team implemented an RFP to select a new CRM and Finance systems for managing the education, accreditation licensing, and accounting for insurance agents and agencies for the province of British Columbia.

•RFP Business Features and Business Architecture - met with cross-enterprise stakeholders and SMEs to elicit and author current and future-state process diagrams (BPMN), Epics and User stories in JIRA, and Operating Procedures in Jira and Confluence for the purpose of defining the RFP business requirements including CRM and Finance service features used for fit/gap analysis and vendor solution assessment.
