SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
I have been in the restaurant business for 33 years, 28 of which working for the IHOP Brand. In 2015, I started with Union MAK to help grow the IHOP brand, help open new Applebee’s and Olive Garden restaurants as well as a Mai Tai’s in Hawai’i. During my time here, I have helped institute new protocols, policies and procedures which have led to increased sales and in turn brought all existing restaurants from a net loss average market profit. In addition, I oversaw the construction and new openings of four IHOP restaurants, three Applebee’s restaurants, two Olive Garden Restaurants, one Mai Tai’s restaurant, and, currently under construction, a second Mai Tai’s restaurant, one Texas De Brazil restaurant, and one The Capital Grille restaurant.

to Present Area Director of Operations
•Ovsersee 7 restaurant locations in the greater Atlanta area with 7 GMs and 14 Assistant Managers with a crew of around 300 employees. These restaurants weren’t achieving budgeted goals.
•I have assisted these restaurants in bringing them back to SOP and profit margin. As of right now, within 90 days, they are all progressing in the positive direction. I worked to ensure they were fully staffed to excecute business with the proper labor percent and food cost. Overall, the restaurants are now doing well.
•I am also involved in the daily operations and responsible for making and achieving budgets.
