I’ve been in the restaurant industry over 16 years. I’ve been in Restaurant & bar management for a majority of those years. Im from Staten Islander NY & Monmouth County NJ. I grew up the food business. My father has been in business over 46 years and owns a Italian wholesale food company in which I’ve gotten all of my food knowledge from. I’ve worked along side of him since I was 13 years old to this day helping run his company, South Florida foods. I’ve been a General manager, assistant manager, bar manager Server, bartender, hostess, beach tender, bar back, bottle girl, food runner, expo, full deli experience, management of catering ect. I’ve worked many events and private parties bartending and serving.
Customer service has always been my strong suite. Along with good customer service came leadership and dedication which has always led me into all the years of my management experience in restaurant’s & bars from NY-NJ & Florida .
