-Landing 2 locations for Le Concheur at the biggest 2 malls in Jeddah and was chosen amongst a 120 other concepts.

-Outselling Patchi and Godiva in the Prince Sultan Street Branch selling over a 150 Dpuble-Wrapped Belgian Chocolate Boxes despite their Size and Marketing Machine.

-Oleaceae, a Fine-Dining concept built on selling the World’s to 100 Oils & Vinegars in taps on the walls of the Restaurant Retail area, an upscale Cold Cuts and Aged Beef Area and a Personal Chef on every Table/Island.

-Developing the “Diet & Nutrition Center” from 12 existing outlets to over a 100 outlets in the frame of 3 years, while increasing the sales of the existing 12 outlets by 40% Y2Y.

-Adding the Retail line to the Restaurants and turning them Into a one-stop-shop for over 2000 SKU of Healthy FMCG from Personal Hygiene products, to Flours/Sugars/Sauces and Sweets/Savoury Treats.

-Defining storage par-levels of each SKU based on Sales trends and market studies.

-Overseeing the Shipping/Clearing of all Exclusive FMCG Shipments.

-Managing the day-to-day Operations of 100+ F&B Boutique shops, Logistics, Home Delivery, Maintenance, Catering & Cafeteria outlets in Hospitals and Universities
