JUNE 2020 TO OCTOBER 2020: PAN AFRICA CHEMICALS COMPANY LTD JUNIOR SALES PERSONNEL.

Pan Africa chemicals company deals with importation of raw materials used to produce refined materials that is then exported or sold locally. Here I worked as a junior sales person under the supervision of Askah Toya.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Making invoices both exports and local.

Creating, updating and amending ledgers account.

Export and local analysis.

Making delivery notes and gate pass for goods.

Updating various sheets using excel app.

Customer follow-up on payments of goods according to the agreed time of payment

Tender follow up.

Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making amendments where necessary.

Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties assigned.

Provide advice, information and guidance on sales related matters to staff of the company and customers to ensure adherence to regulations.

Assist to identify, mitigate and escalate sales risks to enable the company meet their monthly target.

Maintain and update sales records and generate reports on sales and contract activity to meet organizational compliance requirements and provide access to sales information.

Cash and cheque collection from clients.
