I am in charge of All Storage rentals, people moving out, answering phone calls, answering questions about rental rates etc, producing all rental documents, as well as various documents requested by management and providing exemplary customer service.

Duties include registering patients as they arrive by walk in or squad. We gather their personal and insurance information. The insurance coverage is confirmed and made sure the services are billed to the correct insurance. Various logs and reports are done daily.

I am the first point of contact for our members. From there I answer questions, help with many non monetary services, direct them to who can help them if I cannot and I will connect them with one of our MSR’s. The ways I can help are many and varied. I was promoted to Member Service Processor in Augustof 2022. The job description is vast. I can still do non monetary transactions for members and offer a smile, warm greeting and genuine member service.

I am learning more about the position of opening deposit accounts, stop. pays and a multitude of other things. My job has a vast variety of items listed in my job description.

As a teller I am required to adhere to all of the regulations required and practice strict privacy rules. Basic customer service skills are used with each member. The cash drawers are balanced periodically throughout the day. Paperwork and all forms of payments are reconciled at the end of each shift.

I perform End of day balancing of the cash drawer. Reconciliation reports are run to be balanced the following day. Working with local businesses to arrange sublet work to be done. Verifying there is no damage to all of the incoming vehicles. Reporting any claims that need to be done.

As part of the job, I am often asked to pick up and deliver vehicles or to drop off and pick up customers. I have been cross trained to take payment for the work that has been performed. A new job duty is gathering, packing and shipping parts.
