PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Dealing with Engineering Consultant & Vendors for deliverables like P&ID,GAD,ISOMETRIC,LAYOUT,MDS, PDS, 3D Model and give inputs or remarks in the same for further ordering.

Planning & Estimation of Current projects and float tender to vendors.

Check & review of P&ID, Equipment layout, Piping section, Isometric, and GA drawings.

Proper planning and Scheduling of the project as per requirement.

I am also included in Material Management and Weekly Project report of the current Project.

Coordination With store and purchase department for Inventory management, PR & PO based on BOM.

Procurement of Pipe & fittings as per classes & grades based on ASTM, ASME, IS & DIN standards.

Check bills of contractors.

Material Tracking and Follow Up.

I am also involved in Preparing a Safety permits, housekeeping of the plant.

Involvement in plant commissioning activity after erection and handover plants to production team.

SITE SUPERVISION:

Erection of piping and equipment with reference to P&ID, ISOMETRIC, PLANT LAYOUT and GA DRAWINGS

I have knowledge about Leveling and Alignment of equipment (Static and rotary).

I have knowledge about, Fabrication, Hydro testing, Erection, Installation, and Commissioning of pipelines in the plant.

Carrying out NDT (Radiography test, DP test).

Carrying out WPS & WPQ of Welders before startup of fabrication activity.
