I am responsible for 10 staffs that are working directly under my supervision, I schedule doctor appointment for the clients that reside in the house that is assigned to me, make sure that every one of my staff trainings are updated if not, I make a schedule to take the necessary training the individual need to continue with their employment with creative innervation. I update family members or guardian at the end of every shift about the person’s overall condition. In addition, I make sure that client information is updated, follow up with their medical doctor if any changes in their behavior including diet, and sleeping habit. I also make sure that I turn in all documentation at the end of the month to be back file. I also make sure that my house meets the Division of Developmental Disability standard, and every staff abide or obey the rules and regulation for both company, and state. I also ensure that everyone safety at all time.
