Ensure that each package is appropriately and safely packed, look for specific markings such as fragile to determine how the container will be transported, ascertain that all documents are complete with each package and proper delivery address information is visible, assist in loading packages on to the delivery vehicle and ensure that fragile packages are stacked/loaded safely, count the number of loaded packages, and make sure that they tally with work order. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed, communicate with the office to provide delivery status information. Return all undelivered packages to the office and provide reasons for non-delivery, ascertain that delivery vehicle is periodically cleaned and maintained and ready for making rounds. Take and study orders for package picking and ensure that they are understood properly, visit to the picking or storage site to pick packages, read package information address, barcode and label to determine where to look for package. Received daily morning instructions from director in staff meetings on events. Supervisor over 5 employees who worked health and fitness programs for 2 Dougherty County middle schools Students. Worked in the recipient new hire unit department for the call center. Lead worker for my unit. Attended morning unit meeting with instructions from my supervisor. Received information that was passed down from state management. Received inquiries once a week from the state of Georgia system. Received a print out of all the recipients that received state assistance. Information show that a recipient has a new employer listing and the investigation needs attention. Given 2 Georgia counties per month to investigate. Sometimes the counties are rotated among the staff. Both recipients and employer list on report is call to verify employment of new job. Recipients were called to be given the chance to list the job that the department of labor placed a notice to the system. No contact from recipient causes a phone call to be made to employers for verification. The information needed from employer was start date, separation date and the amount of wages earned. The new wages were put in the budget based on state timely reporting rules. The new job wages put in their budget determined eligibility for programs such as: Tanf, Food Stamps and Medicaid. Assisted the unit in helping train newly employed unit members. Representative for organization for building and safety committee meetings. Reps were chosen one per organization by the director. Attended monthly meetings with concerns from my organization. Reported all information received from meeting to director. Reported committee meeting information in organizational all staff meetings. Organization consisted of 60 employees and four different units.
