Develop and conduct in-service training programs for staff and other personnel.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and supplies.
Oversee the ordering and maintaining of supplies and secure favorable pricing and
terms in every transaction.
Oversee inspection of equipment on a regular basis to verify standards are met.

Involved in the development and administration of a Quality Assurance Program to

Keep the Director of Operations apprised of relevant and important issues in a timely
manner.
Assist physicians in patient care activities as directed.
