Coordinate activities, staffing and work flow to optimize quality and efficiency.

Recruit and maintain a highly qualified, well trained staff to assure quality and

Ensure the provision of basic secretarial support services for the physicians.

Conduct and attend regular staff meetings/management meetings to assure successful

communication on all levels within the organization.

Oversee general orientation of all employees, assuring adequate and ongoing training.

Develop and conduct in-service training programs for staff and other personnel.

Participate in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and supplies.

Oversee the ordering and maintaining of supplies and secure favorable pricing and

terms in every transaction.

Oversee inspection of equipment on a regular basis to verify standards are met.

Arrange repair and testing of equipment to assure compliance with all laws and

regulations.

Maintain relevant statistical data and prepare reports reflecting patient care and other

departmental activities for review by Physicians and the Director of Operations.

Plan and supervise the work flow and activities of staff engaged in setting up and

operating equipment to provide patients with medically prescribed tests and treatments

at assigned offices.

Manage personnel within assigned offices to include: employee selection, promotion,

counseling, termination, salary advancement, etc

Thoroughly understand, comply with and administer in a fair and equitable manner all

policies and procedures of the corporation.

Directly assist with ongoing planning and marketing efforts of the Corporation.

Involved in the development and administration of a Quality Assurance Program to

Provide a mechanism to monitor patient care provided.

Keep the Director of Operations apprised of relevant and important issues in a timely

manner.

Assist physicians in patient care activities as directed.

Prepare and administer annual operating budgets.

Address physician and patient complaints in an appropriate and timely fashion.
