RegEd, Inc., Morrisville, NC July 2015 – Present Test Lead / Senior QA Analyst

Project Description: Xchange is a liaison between RegEd clients (Insurance companies and Brokerage firms) and the regulating bodies (NIPR, FINRA etc.). RegEd Salesforce platform, a client facing platform, where Agents can enter their information and ensure that carries into the Xchange platform.

Salesforce Integration Testing (Developer Sandbox)

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Integration Testing (Developer Sandbox)

Through SF – Testing the workflow of creating Agency accounts with profiles present in Xchange, and import NPN, License information. Tested RegEd Logs and Xchange UI, Docusign setup, email generations for contracts setups etc.

Led QA teams (Offshore and Onsite) with testing projects like XChange Azure uplift and new Rep UI platforms, Salesforce to Xchange integration etc. Mentored QA Teams conducted extensive User Story reviews to ensure teams have covered all acceptance criteria.

Conducted Security, Performance, Penetration, and Functional testing, Automation (Selenium) for the Xchange Application.

Automated the entire regression test suite for the XCHANGE application, using Selenium WebDriver with C#, Visual Studio, used Gitlab to commit to the central repository. Utilized JIRA for raising issues/tickets, TFS for tracking/ recording progress on tasks, and GIT to upload test scripts into the repository.

Project Description: Fulfilment, FACETS and Online Consumer Transparency Projects, incorporated Pharmacy Benefits and drug rebates features to implement the Affordable Care Act.

Responsibilities:

Conducted verifications (proofread and matched against Master Data) and validations of the Plan Summaries, and Subscriptions for the various existing and newer plans/products being offered by BCBSNC, during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

Verified new products match Master Data and ensured old products were not available anymore or were merged into newer ones that were offered as part of the ACA marketplace for the Individual and Group plans.

Led OCTE team (Online Compliancy and Transparency). This project involved modifying the existing website, where members (from existing as well as the new plans) could access their Benefits. It also included newer features like Provider search portals, along with Treatment costs and procedure costs, Pharmacy Benefits and Drug rebates programs, involved in testing of multiple layers of data.

Ensured website adhered to 508 Compliance for ADA.
