Experienced Senior Operations and Technical Support Services Executive with over 23 years of experience working in the energy and oil and gas industries, managing support services for North and South America, Middle East, North Africa, India and Central Asia. Electrical Production Manager/ Field Service PM 01/2022-10/02/2023

I was brought on to PCTX as a special project manager to implement an efficient manufacturing process which included the creation of an assembly line, manufacturing Automation Crypto mining units. I provided support in maintaining production schedules and overseeing the P&L. In addition, I managed 3 contracting companies with a total of 84 techs on site in the fields of electrical, mechanical, and fabricating. We went from producing 2 units a week when I first hired on to producing 6 units a week and had the capability of doing up to 8 units a week with the size of the facility we were working in. I was tasked with always looking for the best possible way to cut our production time down and still be able to provide a great product, at the completion of the project there were a total of 280 units installed and servicing the customer in WTX.

PCTX then commissioned me at the completion of the above project to oversee the build of switch/gear houses and FAT test the units after completion this included the installation of low and medium voltage switch/gears and VFD powerhouse systems. At the completion of the project the three commissioned units passed all customers' requirements .

Provided direct Electrical technical Support for the Canrig East Texas division on Drilling Rig Equipment of Canrig’s customers, including Top Drive, SCR, VFD, and Generator Systems on a rotational schedule. Programmed Allan Bradley Rockwell Software Systems on Canrig equipment. Performed Drilling Rig & Shop Installations, Repairs, Maintenance, Surveys, and Training along with 1000 Day rebuilds.

Senior Manager- Central Operations- Western Hemisphere-1/2019 – 8/2020

Managed Support for South and North America, the Middle East, Kuwait, Saudi, Oman and Dubai. Led 26 technicians and 12 Supervisors along with a Parts Manager, Operations Manager, HR Supervisor, Safety Manager, Lead Technicians and a Trainer.

Oversaw Journey Management papers for technicians travel and called on customers throughout the region traveling to their home base country, drumming up business for our parts, repair and services businesses. In addition, I trained and mentored our third country national teams on Canrig's services and equipment, software and Canrig’s parts inventorying processes.

Responsible for setting up Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) agreements with customers along with creating growth programs for locally hired employees in South America countries (focus on Argentina and Colombia). Created a Business Plan for a Repair shop and staffed it with local technicians. Responsible for controlling a P&L, managing costs and providing customer training on Canrig equipment in various countries. Recruited, trained and supervised entry level Techs for all regions. )

Senior Facility Manager – Eastern Hemisphere- 7/2018 – 1/2019

Integrated Canrig and Tesco merger in Eastern Hemisphere for Operations, Services Support and Repairs. Managed manufacturing and product support activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the UAE for Canrig & Tesco product lines. Initially managed a $400K monthly operating budget that grew to $750K per month toward the end of my tenure in the Middle East. Led the creation of a Level IV rebuild shop that included a parts and repair services department along with the ability to provide a complete COC and testing equipment.

Managed a team responsible for Canrig Eastern Hemisphere field service center and distribution facility. Built and expanded the service & rental business in KSA and throughout the Eastern Hemisphere (Kazakhstan, Kuwait, and Algeria). Recruited, trained and supervised entry level Saudi Nationals as Field Service Technicians and Shop Technicians, with a 100% retention rate. Also responsible for controlling a P&L & managing day to day operating costs.

Managed a Field Services and Repair staff in multiple countries along with supporting & managing Rotational Senior & Master Level Field Service Technicians contracted from Canrig’s USA Central Operations Support Group. Responsible for hiring and training Canrig Dubai/International Repair and Testing Facility’s Assistant Operations Manager and Supervisors throughout the region.
