Work experience
Sales Representative
BG Drayton Distributors - Seekonk, MA
September 2022 to Present
My role as a Sales Representative is to establish and maintain a rapport with the previously established accounts I was given upon my hiring, as well as delivering our products in a timely and professional manner; all while sticking to a rigorous and carefully planned schedule. Not only has my time as an employee with BG been extremely rewarding, it’s also helped me hone my sales abilities, and further establish my skillset regarding customer relations in a professional environment. Along with the aforementioned skills I learned along the way, I’ve also developed my abilities regarding my critical thinking skills, and the ability to retain positive relationships with my customers, and serve as a direct representative for the company and brand as a whole.
Sales Associate
Town Fair Tire - Dayville, CT
January 2022 to July 2022
During my time at Town Fair Tire, my primary responsibility was to sell quality tires that accurately accommodated our customer’s vehicles/situations, as well as a myriad of other services. This proved to be hugely beneficial not only for honing my sales prowess tenfold, but also for the knowledge gained about what we offered on a deeper level. When not at the desk selling, other responsibilities included: general upkeep of the premises, daily unloading of the morning truck (some tires weighed more than 50lbs), and occasionally having to successfully do damage control, should the work wasn’t able to be performed at that time. Overall, my time at Town Fair Tire certainly helped me grow in a professional setting and work on my abilities as a level headed and determined employee who can sell in any situation.
Customer Service Representative
Santander Bank U.S.A - Riverside, RI
August 2020 to April 2021
I started at the call center for Santander bank in August of 2020. After 8 weeks of training, I finally hit the floor to assist our customers in a plethora of forms of maintenance ranging from simple transfers, to initiating/establishing loan and mortgage payments/procedures, to dealing with third party entities regarding fraudulent activity, and so on. Working at the Santander call center was highly rewarding and eye opening, and it had enhanced my abilities regarding problem solving and customer service tenfold. Most of the customers who called in are already frustrated/upset with the previous service provided, yet I found it to be incredibly rewarding to wrap up a call with a customer who started out frustrated, but ended up being ecstatic with the serviced provided upon ending the call; their 180 degree turn from angry to excited fueled me to keep my eyes on the prize and stay efficient at all times. My time at Santander was by far, the most helpful position I have ever held regarding seriously shaping my abilities and being the best/most helpful employee I can be and I'm extremely grateful for the knowledge I've amassed during my time there. On 3/3/21, I was offered a promotion to be an Online Banking Specialist with a focus on breaking down the problems our customers faced when navigating our banking apps and website, ensuring they regain control of their accounts and no longer facing technical issues. In summation, I am an exponentially better-rounded person and employee thanks to my time at the
Santander Bank call center.
Detailer/Return Agent
Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Warwick, RI
August 2018 to March 2020
At Enterprise, I started off with cleaning cars and picking up/dropping off customers and cars to various branches and locations. Around December 2019 I was promoted to the Return Agent position at TF
Green airport in Providence, RI. For the remainder of my time with Enterprise, I was solely responsible for the billing and wrap up of each customer’s account, carefully scanning the exterior of each car to ensure no damage had occurred, and if needed, swiftly assess the damage and issue the correct follow up information to ensure each customer boarded their plane on time and with another positive experience renting with us. As the pandemic hit, I was placed on paid time off, which eventually resulted in a permanent lay off around March of 2020. My time at
Enterprise was pivotal for furthering my customer service/problem solving skills as there were numerous occasions in which the agents at the front office had provided incorrect information, or the customer was misinformed, and it was up to me to take the extra step to ensure the customer was sufficiently taken care of upon their final interaction with us before boarding their flight.

Add location
May 2012 to July 2018
As a painter, I was responsible for not only painting each house with sheer precision, but also for the preparation, which included sanding, priming, packing up at the end of the day, cleaning our materials, and much more. I gained many valuable skills along the way, some of them being tremendously helpful when it came to conversing with clients and coworkers alike, and are skills I still utilize to this day.
