Responsibilities

Study and refer to the equipment manuals for the activities and spare parts required to perform the predictive, preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance

Carry out predictive, preventive and reactive maintenance based on equipment manuals and operating performance under the Maintenance Manager planning

Follow up the implementation and documentation of the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual preventive maintenance

Determine the required spare parts for performing each frequency of maintenance activity. Set & revise the minimum and maximum stocks of spare parts

Order the required spare parts and others needs for performing maintenance works in required time following Company’s procedures

Follow up the implementation of the emergency re-active maintenance as soon as possible, repair works and installation works of any machine related to the production lines

Analyze daily and per shift the equipment breakdowns and propose problem solving tools and corrective solutions in short and long term permanent recovery

Ensure health and safety policies are complied with the organization standards. Eliminate hazards and equipment abnormalities during operation

Cooperate with production supervisors to support the operators in the optimum and safe operation of the equipment

Provide training and relevant directives to the technical working staff and develop their technical and response skills and performance

Perform communication with production supervisors for follow up of the maintenance and repair works during inside and outside production runs with minimum impact to production
