My extensive experience writing proposals in response to RFI/RFPs and managing the overall proposal process should be of interest to you. I have written over one hundred proposals, and project managed proposal teams. My business, technical, and project management skills have allowed me to gain support of subject matter experts and contribute significantly to the overall proposal effort. I have strong writing skills and have taken the Shipley Proposal training. I have taught corporate staff writing skills for proposals and have taught Business Communication for the University of South Carolina.

Over the past twenty years, I have successfully written proposals and contributed to engagements in cloud, cybersecurity, data, and the full software development life cycle for both Commercial and Federal clients. Dr. Peter Kapsales is an experienced professional with extensive strategy, systems, technology, and project management experience. He has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies to manage complex engagements, including establishing program and project management disciplines, and managing the full systems development life cycle. His recent engagements have included SaaS, cloud, business intelligence, security, IoT, wireless, and telecommunications. He partnered with senior executives to define, set priorities, and establish strategic initiatives to deliver technology platforms and solutions. Prior experience included start-ups and venture capital, world renowned Bell Laboratories, international business, and management and technology consulting with the Big Four CPA/Consulting firms.
