In addition to responsibilities held as a Credit Analyst 2 – eagerly tackled new assignment to oversee receivables for most risky portfolio/segment of business; previously managed by the Director (Mills- export of raw paperboard).

Execution of accounts receivables management/risk mitigation; starting with initial onboarding process/credit risk review, through completion of Order to Cash Flow process in its entirety.

Schedule, compile reporting, and lead monthly calls for five specific plants to track progress made across various issues; identify where action is still needed; as well as field a more collaborative internal environment.

Significant direct positive impact to cash flow/EBITDA goals through collection of aged receivables/discrepancy reconciliation across all assigned accounts - i.e. ~$1.7M of discrepancies dating back to 2020 reconciled from Anheuser Busch alone.

Utilize relationships built with internal and external contacts to create/implement various process improvement initiatives to avoid reoccurrence of all discrepancy types ranging from initial order placement, production and shipping/product receipt, to final payment of goods.

Add focus to bring delinquent customers up-to-date/facilitate continued strong performance; specifying each improvement initiative according to account’s unique circumstances, credit risk profile, and industry segment. Manage/track progress, schedule necessary follow ups; and head reconciliation process to completion

Led QlikView and SAP (S4 Hana, PRD, and GE1) training sessions for large audiences consisting of both existing personnel; as well as those obtained throughout acquisitions.

Prepare month end reporting across multiple business segments to be presented to upper management; highlighting key findings from portfolio reviews in terms of progress made versus action still needed.
