Package Handling at UPS was a time pace. Scanners was required to scan packages into assigned trucks. The line was split into two sides blue and silver side as packages come down conveyor belt there are two people on each side splitting the packages up from blue to silver side so they properly go down the belt right. My Responsibility was to split the packages.

As a Preloader Supervisor you are responsible for managing 7 to 10 Package Handlers. Also training preloaders and making sure that they understand that safety is always rst. My Responsibility was to set up the line and label each truck on the line. My Responsibility was to set up scanners and make sure each preloader have one.
