At AmeriHealth Caritas:

Working with the PMO led multiple Workgroups for the Ohio Medicaid Managed Care Implementation including Information Services, Claims, and Finance. Coordinated subcontractor/vendor engagement.

Facilitated communication with all levels of the organization and Ohio Department of Medicaid.

Oversaw end to end testing of the new One Front Door system that included the State, Fiscal Intermediaries, System Integrators, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
