CARPENTER

Installation of board and batten siding, wood trim (window, door, door jams, corner trim, bellyband and fascia board installation) & lap siding on residential homes through out southern california (Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Corona del Mar, Long beach residences.)

Efficient in installation of tongue and groove boards (12ft-16ft boards) installation settings including high ceiling, gazebo, soffit installations

Can work with ALL TOOLS and ANY tool. Experience working in hot and cold and wet weather conditions. Lumber and panels can weigh up to 100+ lbs. Physically capable to handle any construction work outside my scope of practice such as FRAMING or ROOF installation amongst other trades.
