I have worked in the Customer Service, and retail field for over 25 years and 7 years of that include management experience and in that time I have gained many valuable skills I feel would make me a good candidate for the position including great phone etiquette, work from home call center experince, ability to upsell products with positive results, troubleshooting, resolving customer complaints, multitasking, working well unsupervised and I also work well with a team. I have almost 3 years experince with Avaya and the Meastro system and currently use Seibel system. I am very observant and pay close attention to details.
