I have over 5 years of experience as FRCSW Services Program Manager as the Division Head for one of the major product lines for the Maintenance Repair Overhaul / Manufacturing production department.

As the H-60, Production Line Manager/ Site Coordinator I served as the point of contact for all matters concerning production with both military, civilian and contractor customers.

I worked closely with internal and external customers concerning production requirements, shifting priorities, and program constraints.

I communicated weekly telecoms with the MH-60 TYCOM (Type Commander) and the HSC/HSM WINGs in order to maintain schedules and revise plans to the budget as required.

I managed and directed thirty-five diverse unionized artisans that consist of multi-trades to include Aircraft Work Leaders, Aircraft Mechanics, Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics, Aircraft Electricians, Aircraft Avionic Technicians, Aircraft Inspectors (Mechanic), Aircraft Painters, Aircraft Machinist and Private Contractors

I worked in direct association and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with Upper Management on the subjects that involve Aircraft Production status, Aircraft schedules, Aircraft workload, work force manpower, cost, quality and turnaround time.

I planned work load and gave direction to all work leaders, review the work of direct reports to maintain work flow and productivity, delegate special assignments, attend and provide input at the program status meetings, schedule training, procure materials, parts, design facilities layout and acquire equipment.
