UX Specialist Mize/Syncron Product 2021 - 2022 As a UX designer, I work closely with the product manager and the development team to solve usabil- ity issues, design the business requirements, and ensure the enhancement is implemented to the product correctly.
The high-profile project I worked on in this position was the Nintendo Customer Support Center for the repair service system. The goal is to seamlessly transition Nintendo users from the customer support site to the repair system. I participated in the full project process, which required a high col- laboration with the development team and utilizing my front-end development skills. My contributions are:
• Style mockup for the Nintendo Customer Support site to add a new Repair system user flow.
• Working with the back-end developers to support and modify the front-end CSS system code to achieve the visual requirement for both the customer and agent portal.
• I created a post-mortem document on how to enhance the CSS support process for our future cus- tom project.
• Web accessibility testing.
Resulting
Due to this phase 1 project being delivered on time. Nintendo was able to provide repair product support for tens of thousands of their product owners. To that end, this project generated 1.5 million dollars in revenue for our company.
