DelphX (formerly InterVest, Legacy Funding) is a special purpose broker-dealer, designing and implementing trading programs for fixed income securities. Responsibilities included: Liaison officer for application filings and on-going follow-up for 40 broker-dealer state licenses and FINRA regulatory approvals and authorities. Responsibilities increased over the years from management to executive positions. Last position: VP and Chief Compliance Officer (holding Series 7, 24 & 63 FINRA security licenses).

Presently, a board trustee for the Bradford County Historical Society (BCHS) (Towanda, PA). Have led fundraising events for Home of the Sparrow, French Azilum and BCHS.
