Create 3 year $15 Million Cisco Meraki schedule installation plan by acquiring three vendors and create the request for information document and access the projects threat risk assessment with the cyber security team for 3000 devices in 2000 sites in USA and Canada for Wholesale and Retail for the Hardware refresh project.

Create a proof of concept plan of installation with vendor for warehouses to produce an iterative plan for the next three years.

Launch a Telecom Wireless Expense Project with multi-vendor support for Client in USA and Canada locations to analyse all Client telecom spend in USA and Canada from Sap 4 Hanna and SAP ECC with the AP team and demonstrate how cost savings will be recouped back to the client.
